In the first quarter of 2006 Codest International completed and handed over the office complex “Krylatskij Hills Business Park”, a Class A building located in the prestigious Krylatskij quarter in West Moscow, constructed on behalf of Moscow developer “Construct Market Invest (CMI)” with the “Shell & Core” formula.
This USD 45 million project consisting of four office buildings featuring 8 above-ground floors, an underground car park and an outdoor parking facility of 1.45 km2 for 1400 cars; the total built-up area is approx. 80,000 m2, of which 60,000 m2 is to be let as offices. The buildings also house a fitness-centre, shops, banks and restaurants that provide the people working there with all necessary services. In addition to these facilities, a medical centre of international quality is presently being built in the same area.
This is the first “uptown” office complex built in Moscow on the model of big western metropolises, where, according to the latest town-planning trends “Business Districts” are concentrated in open, environmentally clean areas, and, above all, free of the traffic congestion of city centres. The work was carried out according to the top quality requirements set by the anchor tenants that occupy most of the office areas (Microsoft, Intel, Colgate, 3M, Palmolive, British Tobacco, Johnson & Johnson, Honda Motors, Dupont, Glaxsmithkline, Jansen Cilan, Hertz Rent-a-car, and other market leaders).
