PERFETTI VAN MELLE LOT NO. 2 LAINATE, MILAN (ITALY)

On 30th October 2008 a construction contract has been entered into with Perfetti Van Melle, a global leading confectioner, covering the 2nd stage of the enlargement and rehabilitation of their Lainate, Milan, production facilities.
The project consists of the construction of a logistics centre and the erection of a peculiar glass and steel façade placed as an architectonic liaison element between the 1st lot buildings (automated storage and loading area) and the logistics centre, which comes complete of landscaped areas, access roads and ancillary works.
