In the centre of Amsterdam, in Overhoeks, on the other side of the canal opposite of the railway station, Rizzani de Eccher will build a large complex for receptive and residential use of the value of over 245 million euros. The Design & Build contract foresees the construction of two towers, the highest in the city, one of 110 meters high, destined to a hotel of 579 rooms and the other, of 102 meters high, for luxury residential use. At the base of the two towers there will be a common four-storey podium that will house a congress centre, an auditorium, gyms, a SPA, restaurants and offices. In the subsoil, two levels of underground parking lots for public use, for a total of 110,000 square meters built. Everything with the utmost respect for the environment and the surrounding area, with particular attention to the landscape, with large green areas, cycle paths and access to the complex via water. The completion of the works is scheduled for December 2022.
