Rizzani de Eccher prides itself in being one of the international leaders in the construction industry thanks to its Group activity in more than 30 countries with 4500 employees, a turnover of around 1 billion Euros and backlog of over 4 billion. Rizzani de Eccher is the synergy of various companies, including Codest, specialised in general contracting for construction and infrastructures, as well as in engineering and special equipment for bridges and viaducts.Through Codest, Rizzani de Eccher has been present both in Russia and in many former USSR countries, since 1985, where more than 120 prestigious projects have been implemented, consolidating its leadership in the creation of luxury hotels (Hyatt, Four Seasons, Kempinsky, Radisson), corporate buildings, mostly for banks and multinational companies, luxury residential buildings, industrial complexes and infrastructures to meet the growing needs of the Russian and CIS markets. In 2012 and 2014, Codest has signed two contracts with UK Dynamo for the construction of the “VTB Arena Park” multifunctional complex, worth around 1,700 million Euros, also known for having received the MIPIM Awards in Cannes 2014. Codest contributed to financing the project with an export credit of 400 million Euros, in collaboration with SACE, the Italian Export Credit Agency. In the central part covering an area of 32 hectares, the "VTB Arena Park" project features the main stadium of the legendary Dynamo Moscow football team, named after Lev Yashin. The area also includes a sports arena and shopping centre integrated in the same building, as well as a complex of thirteen different buildings. The sports and commercial complex that is reminiscent of Fabergé's egg is characterised by a futuristic rhombus structure designed by the American architect, David Manica and the Russian bureau, SPEECH. The stadium will have an audience capacity of up to 33,000, while the Arena, with a transformable configuration for hockey, basketball and volleyball as well as shows, will have a capacity of up to 14,000. The building complex, on the other hand, includes a Hyatt Regency hotel, a convention centre with 56 serviced apartments, seven residential buildings (190,000 square metres across 1059 apartments) and 4 office buildings totalling 58,000 square metres. On 22 October, 2017, the first construction stage of the project was completed, with laying of the turf in the football stadium and opening of the new five-star hotel, the "Hyatt Regency Moscow Petrovsky Park". The hotel has 298 bright and elegant rooms, of which 39 are luxurious suites; 14 meeting rooms; a modern SPA/fitness centre with a 25-metre pool and several restaurants, including the Oriental Sky Bar on the 14th floor. Codest has employed up to 2,500 site personnel, among which are some of the best Italian specialists in the sector and selected and highly qualified local labour.
