In a Joint Venture with Reliance Infrastructure, Rizzani de Eccher has been awarded part of the Mumbai 2B and 4 metro lines. This work is strategically important for the development of urban mobility in the Indian megalopolis. The customer, MMRDA - Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority has asked the Rizzani de Eccher/Reliance Infra Joint Venture to quickly execute the two elevated corridors that will cross the city from north to south to relieve urban traffic in areas of the city that are involved in the works. The contract, which is worth about $ 200 million, includes the construction of two sections of the metro’s viaduct and its stations. On-site mobilization activities are scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2017.
The synergy between Rizzani de Eccher's strong expertise and the widespread presence of the local partner throughout the territory of the State of Maharashtra have determined the winning formula.
