In one of the most exclusive areas of the Russian capital city, Codest will build a luxury residential complex for the PSN Group. The Polyanka-44 project by the British Gillespies landscape architects, at the forefront of the concept design of metropolitan green areas, includes the renovation of two historic buildings on the Bolshaya Polyanka street maintaining their original façades designed by Gustav Gelrich, and the construction of five new buildings, for a total of 53,394 m2, of which 11,010 m2 to be renovated (6 levels) plus 42,384 m2 of new surfaces (7 levels), two storeys of underground car parking facilities to accommodate a total of 372 cars and a green area of over 2000 m2. The interiors of the buildings have been designed by Aedas, while the architectural project is by John McAslan & Partners. The amount of the contract is in the region of 80 million Euros.
The architectural details of the residential complex fit in harmoniously with the existing surrounding buildings, while the flats inside the buildings will be of different sizes and meet all sorts of needs. The feathers in the cap of the complex will be the eleven penthouse flats, each with a magnificent terrace and a breath-taking view over the Bolshaya Polyanka and Yakimanka streets, and the Kremlin.
In addition to the fenced-in garden, which will make Polyanka-44 a unique residential complex in Moscow, tranquillity and safety will be guaranteed by a constant surveillance service. On the first floor there will be luxury boutiques, a kindergarten and many other activities meeting every need and aimed at making this residential complex even more comfortable, skilfully combining history and design in the centre of Moscow.
